On behalf of the Youth Project Board, i am writing to thank you for the fine service we received at our recent conference, From Here to Where...Making Connections for Youth Participation, which took place in your hotel on 29th-30th April. Your staff, ably and amiably lead by Ankush, were extremely helpful and friendly and made our job much easier in the lead up to and over the course of the conference itself.

I have just returned from 4 days in your hotel with my parents and would like to commend your staff, who we found most plesant, they always had a smile and a hello and nothing seemed too much trouble (something I find a rarity more and more these days)

You are probably aware that we had reservations prior to arrival having read some bad comments on Tripadvisor but found them in our case to be totally unfounded and I have added my own review in this repect.

As a party of eight girls away for a bithday celebration weekend, we would like to congratulate you on the wonderful hospitality offered throughout or stay. We had a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Our sincere thanks, particularly to Patrick for making our stay memorable - he was an absolute star! He had a fantastic personality which was radiating and infectious and he will certainly go far in the hospitality business.

We will certainly be recommending Jackson's to our friends and look forward to returning in the future.

Delighted with our wedding day in the Pyramid Suite, the food was first class, everyone(the guests) commented on it.  The service was excellent, the staff were brilliant, very attentive.  Ankush was a pleasure to deal with.  The hotel really made our day.  Thanks Mr & Mrs Johnny McGlinchey
