Glenveagh Castle & National Park

Glenveagh National Park is one of six national parks in Ireland and is approximately an hour’s drive from Jackson’s Hotel. It’s beautiful castle and gardens are set around the tranquil lough Veagh.

Ards Forest Park is probably the most beautiful and certainly the most varied of Ireland's Forest Parks. 480 hectares in extent it contains a large diversity of plant and wildlife forms. Sandy beaches, rivers, viewing points, nature walks, picnic and play areas.

Swan Park Buncrana overlaps the Crana River and is set in sheltered surroundings. The area in general is popular with fishermen and is used by townspeople and visitors alike for walking and relaxation.
